We Have Changed Our Scheduling Policy
We understand life can be unpredictable!
You may cancel your appointment by 8 am the day of your visit with no penalty.
However, after 8:00 am, Late Cancellations (and No Shows) will result in a fee of 50% of the total booked service(s) that will be charged on your next visit.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that “no-shows” and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our esthetician and turned-away clients. When late cancellations and no-shows happen, our esthetician misses out on filling the appointment time, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services.
If you do not show up for your appointment within 10 minutes of your reserved appointment time, we will need to consider that a “no-show”... unless we can fit you in before the next appointment or with a different esthetician.
If you schedule your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booked service(s) will apply.
It is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment time and adhere to Organic wax and Sugaring’s cancellation policy even if you don’t receive a text or email confirmation from us beforehand.
The cancellation fee invoice must be paid prior to your next appointment. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will hinder your ability to schedule with us in the future.

All Full Body Waxing/Sugaring and 60 minutes and longer services require a 50% deposit.
Deposits will be refunded if the appointment is canceled before 8:00 am or prior.
